Delivery & Order Policy

How delivery works

After you send an enquiry, we’ll confirm whether delivery or pickup is available for your requested date, area, and arrangement.

Pickup

Pickup is available in the following time slots:

• 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
• 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

A late fee of £10 per 30 minutes applies if you arrive after your chosen slot.

Local delivery

Local delivery costs £5–£20 depending on distance, based on the following zones:

• Zone 1 — £5
• Zone 2 — £8
• Outside our zones — £15, confirmed when we reply to your enquiry

Same-day delivery

Same-day delivery is available for an additional £20, subject to availability. Conditions apply — please enquire to confirm we can meet your requested time.

Timing

Please enquire as early as possible, especially around busy occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, as availability and delivery slots can be limited.

Delivery issues

If there’s any trouble receiving your order — a wrong address, no one available to receive it, or anything else — please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve it.
